YOUTH PROGRAM

Our Youth Program offers free after-school boxing classes for youth ages 13–19. Classes focus on the fundamentals of boxing and conditioning, including basic punches, footwork, and overall fitness. Beyond physical training, the program supports young people in building confidence, discipline, and healthy routines through movement and mentorship.

Who It’s For

  • Youth ages 13–19

  • All experience levels welcome — no prior boxing experience required

  • Open to youth of all genders and backgrounds

What Youth Will Learn

  • Boxing fundamentals (stance, punches, footwork)

  • Conditioning and overall physical fitness

  • Focus, consistency, and self-confidence

  • Respect, teamwork, and goal-setting

What’S PROVIDED & WHAT DO I NEED

  • We provide hand wraps, gloves, skipping ropes & other training materials you need

  • Please come in comfortable exercise appropriate clothing & shoes (if possible)

  • Please bring a water bottle

  • We provide snacks after youth programs and hot meals on Friday

REGISTRATION

Our classes are currently only available for 13-19 yrs. For registration please fill out the below set up form and sign the attached Waiver email these to us at: INFO@EASTSIDEBOXINGCLUB.COM‍ ‍with the name and age of the youth interested in joining.

If you do not have access to digital signing/emails please come in with the Youth for their first class and we can do the forms here.

13-18yrs will not be able to participate without a signed form.

A Safe & Supportive Environment

Our program is led by experienced coaches who are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful training space. Youth are supported not only in their athletic development, but also in building positive relationships with mentors and peers in their community.

The Youth Program encourages participants to use physical activity as a healthy outlet for stress, while fostering a sense of belonging, structure, and personal growth—both inside and outside the gym.
