Build next level core strength while promoting muscle recovery and growth through athletic stretching. This class offers the full package for athletes looking for a stronger, smarter body. Expect to feel some muscles you never felt before, gain a deeper understanding of your body’s stretching needs, and learn to incorporate visualization and breathwork into your workouts.

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you’re looking for a whole body work out, this class is for you! The full package offers a whole-body workout to build up technical boxing combos, strength and aerobic endurance.

Classes start with 1/3 Boxing conditioning, followed up with 1/3 Bag work, ending with 1/3 Mobility.

REQUIREMENTS

This class is suitable for all fitness levels! We will always meet you where you’re at in terms of ability, while making sure you’re being challenged in a way that is safe and doable.

We kindly ask that first timers and folks who need help wrapping their hands arrive 15 min early.
