WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a technical boxing class for female-identifying folks who want to establish good habits with their technique (or maybe unlearn some bad habits!) in a fun, supportive and judgement-free environment.

Whether you’re a first timer or have been coming for awhile, expect a focus on fundamentals: getting your stance right, dialing in your footwork, nailing the finicky bits that put the oomph in basic punches and learning the “why” behind it all.

REQUIREMENTS

This class is suitable for all fitness levels! We will always meet you where you’re at in terms of ability, while making sure you’re being challenged in a way that is safe and doable.

We kindly ask that first timers and folks who need help wrapping their hands arrive 15 min early.

How does the class flow?

You can expect a thorough warm up, pad work with a partner, bag drills, boxing-specific strength and conditioning, topped off with a cool-down stretch to melt those spent muscles.
