12-1pm JiuJitsu
1:30-3:30 Open Gym
5-7 Fighter Training

Saturday
10:45am – 11:45am Yoga
12-1pm Beginners
12 – 4 Open Gym & Sparring

Sunday
12-1pm JiuJitsu
1pm-2pm OpenMat (by donation)
