Kareem graduated from UBC’s Kinesiology program, and during his time he played both Varsity Football and Rugby. He is now a Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA), and a Certified Kettlebell instructor (StrongFirst). His guiding principles: Slow is Smooth, Smooth eventually becomes Fast. Strength is the master quality, it is the foundation upon which all other human characteristics are laid. Practice not until you get it right, but instead practice until you cannot get it wrong. Perfection is not when there’s nothing else to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.
