This class is for youth age 13-19, and is focused on the fundamentals of boxing and conditioning. Basic punches, footwork and technique will be taught in this class, along with a conditioning portion to get you into fighter shape. We provide a safe space for participants to exercise and learn basic boxing skills under the guidance of professional coaches and mentors.
Healthy pre and post workout snacks will be available. If a youth does not have their own boxing equipment, we have equipment available.
