Classes at ESB

Beginner Boxing

This is a 1 hour boxing class focused on the fundamentals of boxing and conditioning.  Basic punches, foot work and technique will be taught in this class, along with a conditioning portion to get you into fighter shape.

Women’s Only Boxing

Ladies, join this all levels, women’s only boxing class.  In this class we’ll focus on fitness and developing proper technique in an all female, not threatening environment.  These classes are taught by former national level & professional boxer, Jaime Ward.

Boxfit

Boxfit takes a more fitness approach to boxing.  Bag drills, cardio and punching drills are incorporated into a fast paced, high energy workout.  All levels are welcome in this class.  It’s perfect for beginners.

Intermediate Boxing

This is a 1 hour boxing class focused on more advanced combinations and conditioning.  Advanced punches and combinations, foot work and technique will be taught in this class, along with a conditioning portion to get you into fighter shape. Prerequisite: Beginners Boxing.

Competitive Training

A 2 hour long boxing training camp for members that are looking to train like a competitor with the possibility of sparring.  These classes focus on technique and skill.  Prerequisites: Beginner / Intermediate Boxing or an assessment with one of our coaches.

Female Fighter Classes

The Female Fighter classes are perfect for those women who want to take their boxing to the next level, or possibly even compete.  The class consists of a 1 hour instructed class with 30 min of optional sparring at the end.  These classes are taught by former national level & professional boxer, Jaime Ward.

The Camp (Strength & Conditioning)

Developer strength, stamina and conditioning like a fighter.  In our S&C classes we use tabata drills, interval drills, weight training, sprints and resistance training to get you into your peak shape.  Our S&C classes are a great compliment to boxing and jiu jitsu.

Private 1-on-1 and small group Training

If you’re interested in training with one of our coaches one-on-on or in a small group setting please fill out our Private Training form and we’ll select the best coach based on your needs and goals (or you can request a coach too).

Yoga

Get limber and flexible and stretch it out to help your body recover from those grueling boxing workouts. This is a drop-in classes of a $10 per class donation. All proceeds go towards the Eastside’s Youth Program.
